All machines are monitored and our inhouse system will capture machine faults, however should you still wish to report an issue, please call us on 0800 0158 500 or email enquiries@nmvault.com it would be useful if you could tell us the location of the machine.
Please manually enter the barcode into the machine if you are still experiencing problems please call 0800 0158 500.
Double check you have inserted the card correctly. The top of your card should be facing upwards and the strip underneath should be on the right-hand side.
